Dhanda
So this is
me sitting in a room called brainspace at IISERB writing this at 4:55 PM on 13th
of April. Last night I finished reading a book written
by Ashneer Grover – ‘Doglapan’. So thought of sharing what all it is
about with you guys.
Ashneer Grover, now, has a Bad Boy Businessman persona after his appearance in the Indian edition of Shark Tank. In his book – Doglapan, he has written about himself, his life, his business, and much more. He, like many other founders of many other start-ups has a his own story of a coup, which, again, like many other business coups is very interesting to learn about. Business, always excited me, not because of the money, but because of the action, money is just to keep check of the scores. I feel, business is action without violence. Ive read biographies of many entrepreneurs like Zuck, Musk, Gates, Jobs. Reading about their adventurous business endeavours and coups always had been very exciting for me.
Today, I got my goddam cycle repaired after a whole month of realising that its
broken. When I went to the mechanic he just had a look at my cycle and just
asked me to twist the handle, I did what he said, and woah my cycle was back
for which he charged me Rs.10. Just an small piece advice and Rs.10 made, but
it wasn’t just any piece of advice. He might’ve taken months, if not years to
develop the skill of doing what he did today. He didn’t charge me for the 10
minutes of help, he charged me for the entire time he took to develop this.
Its 8:55 PM
now and Im done with dinner. Maybe I should study a bit for my upcoming tests
and quizzes. So, for now, bye.
