McDonald’s, one of the world's leading food outlets, and business houses. Their gross profit for year 2022   was a whooping $13.207 billion, big money, shush to all their competitors. But nobody makes money over a 30 cent profit off a dollar’s burger, so how does the company really make money. I went around the web and researched how it actually fills its pockets. There are some 36,000 McDonald’s locations worldwide, but only 5% of them are company owned, rest of them are franchised out. I was actually in a class when I just randomly remembered about the show How Do They Do It, then I thought why not ask the people who read my blogs about it, so you guys  also miss some really nice shows that you watched as a kid? There’s a carpenter working in my room while ...

It opened at $25.75 per share, By the end of the first day, some 3.6 million shares had changed hands. It peaked at $29.25 before closing for the day at $27.75. – from the book Hard Drive. These are some of the lines from the book Hard Drive – a biography of the tech titan Bill Gates. They are just crazy, ridiculously crazy words for someone like me, and people who follow business and tech and know its fantastic history. So this is me writing on a windy, very windy Sunday at 1845 hours. So, as I said I would be writing more after my mid semester exams, this is where I am starting. As an avid non fiction reader, the most I read are biographies and autobiographies, I guess I have already mentioned that but anyways. So coming back to the books, one of the best I have read is Hard Drive , the Bill Gate bio. While reading it, I got gooseb...
