Suit Up
So yeah, uh, hi. It's 3:55 PM on a Saturday, I was sleeping on the sofa of IISERB’s central library, such a cozy and cool place, you know. Today is MUN, yes, Model United Nations in my college, the day when everyone wears ironed suits and formals, though some wear them only for clicking pictures which later are used for a LinkedIn profile picture. MUN, a very popular format in schools and colleges that simulates the actual UN set up, began as a series of student-led League of Nations simulations. The first simulations were called “international assembly”, first held at Oxford University in 1921. As far as I remember, while being in school, I was introduced to IIMUN, which stands for Indian International MUN, I never attended any of them.
